TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.growuptrading.ae (the “Website”) and to purchases made from Growup Trading Building Materials L.L.C-SPC, trading as Growup Trading (“Growup Trading”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are intended to operate together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy published on the Website. Where a mandatory right or requirement under applicable UAE law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

2. Eligibility and Authority to Buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you place an order on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to bind that entity to the order.
3. Products, Specifications and Safety
Our products may include power tools, paints, hand tools, hardware, building materials and related products. Before ordering, you should review the applicable product description, specifications, dimensions, quantities, compatibility requirements and intended use.
Product images are provided for illustration. Colour, packaging, accessories, labelling and appearance may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, supplier or production batch.
Certain products, including power tools, paints and chemicals, may present safety risks if misused. You must read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, safety labels, technical information and applicable safety requirements, and use each product only for its intended purpose.
Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, that warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and does not remove any mandatory legal rights. We may request the invoice, order number, serial number or other reasonable information when handling warranty or service requests. Warranty coverage may not apply where a product has been misused, modified, improperly installed, damaged through negligence or otherwise used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Prices, VAT and Payment
Prices displayed on the Website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be communicated or displayed before you complete the order.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error in accordance with Section 5.
Payment may be made using the payment methods offered by the Website. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms.
Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation should not be treated as an open-ended offer.
5. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement of an order does not by itself constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.
We may contact you to verify order, delivery, billing or payment details before processing an order.
We may cancel or refuse an order, in whole or in part, where a product is unavailable, a material pricing or system error has occurred, we cannot reasonably supply the product, or payment cannot be verified or completed. If you have already paid and we cancel the affected order, any refund will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
If you request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel without a cancellation charge where the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Once preparation or dispatch has occurred, cancellation and any applicable return or refund will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Stock levels may change because of sales, stock movements, supplier delays or delays in updating Website information.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and may offer an alternative product, a revised delivery arrangement or a refund for the affected item, subject to applicable law.
7. Delivery and Receipt
We deliver to the address provided by you within the delivery areas and arrangements offered by Growup Trading. Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, order verification, traffic, weather, public holidays, logistics issues, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details. You or an authorised person should be available to receive the order and confirm receipt.
For heavy or bulky building materials, you are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location and, unless expressly agreed otherwise, for unloading or handling beyond the agreed delivery point.
Please inspect the order at delivery. Any damaged, incorrect or missing items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and within the period stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Additional delivery charges may apply for special locations, urgent delivery, re-delivery, failed delivery caused by incorrect information, refusal of delivery or failure to collect an order, where such charges are lawful and have been communicated where reasonably possible.
Ownership of products passes to you when we receive full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you or your authorised representative, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the Website, which forms part of these Terms.
For change-of-mind returns, the applicable eligibility conditions, exclusions, time limits, product condition requirements and return-shipping arrangements are those stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products. Where a product is found to have a defect or other issue covered by applicable law, the remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the relevant policy.
Customers should retain invoices, order confirmations, delivery records and other relevant documents where reasonably necessary to support a return, refund, warranty or complaint.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us.
You are responsible for keeping account login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised use was not caused by your actions or failure to take reasonable security measures.
You must not use the Website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purposes, or in a manner that may harm Growup Trading, other customers or third parties.
10. Website Use and Security
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems, databases or another user’s account;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- interfere with the operation, availability or security of the Website; or
- scrape, copy, reproduce or extract Website content through unauthorised automated means.
We may suspend, restrict or discontinue Website features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, technical reasons or legal compliance.
11. Intellectual Property
The text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs, images, page design and other Website content are owned by or licensed to Growup Trading or its suppliers and are protected by applicable law.
You may use Website content for genuine purchasing and personal/business evaluation purposes, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growup Trading will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or purchase of products, including losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
Where applicable law permits a contractual limitation of liability, our total liability arising directly from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the products concerned. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other mandatory statutory liability.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, modify or update the Website for maintenance, security, improvements or technical reasons.
13. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, accidents, public emergencies, government action, supply-chain or transport disruption, internet or telecommunications failures, strikes or similar events.
We will take reasonable steps to keep affected customers informed and, where practicable, offer a suitable solution. If a delay is prolonged and the affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, cancellation and any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
14. Complaints and Consumer Protection
If you have a complaint concerning an order, product, delivery, return or refund, please contact us using the details in Section 16. We will review the complaint and aim to provide a fair response and appropriate solution.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from contacting the competent UAE consumer-protection authority or using any other mandatory complaint or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law.
15. Governing Law, Disputes and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable legal requirements.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, subject to any mandatory rights, complaint procedures or alternative dispute-resolution routes available under UAE law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Orders placed before an update will remain governed by the version in force when the relevant order was placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
